Reopening the toyshop in time for a little valentines sale

I'm dipping my toe back into working in the studio this week after a very cozy maternity leave. I've spent the last couple of weeks creating some goals for this tiny toy business this year. And while working with a baby is unpredictable at best--I am quite excited and optimistic about this years projects.

At 3 months old most babies aren't quite reaching for toys yet which is holding true in our house. But she is showing interest in toys we hold for her and place next to her! So far Barry the Floppy Teddy is the favorite. I think it's because when I wiggle him his limbs wiggle too and his arms are the perfect size for little hands to grab.

Stay warm out there! Layers and layers of snow have fallen this year in our yard. It's a pretty amazing landscape to watch from next to the wood stove.
