This handmade lampshade is the first of our printed shades. We wanted to design an image that mimicked the feeling of the warm inside of houses through windows at night. When the lights are off the line drawing of a chair is invisible, and once the light is turned on the whole image is revealed. These are block printed on cotton fabric and attached to a wire frame with a heat-protected styrene backing.
